Wireless Omni-Lock Project -- BobVitale?- 25 Oct 2007

Background
This project is for replacement of existing omni locks which are wearing out and for installation of new electronic locks with tracking for some of our labs that require higher security and audit trails.
Schedule and Project Information
Status: 10/23/07 - Generic fopal to use: EGOMLK- - (e.g. activity code) for this and then do in house TOEs to various groups.
Phase 1: Test and Evaluation
A Wireless omni-lock with the capability to read proximity cards and to accept a code input is installed on the Door to the research server room (BE-250)
Target Date: July 2007 Status: Installed
Phase 2: Labs Lock Replacements
The location list defines eventually all doors we are seeking to have wireless omnilocks installed. Some systems funding is unknown at this time. Generally research lab electronic locks will require funding by the PI. Instructional Lab locks will require funding from the Instructional Labs Committee or BELS operations.

NOTE: TOE FOPAL cannot be 19900-434004-EGOMLK as this is the "Wash" fopal for lock installation.
