Sinshimer 142 & 144 are on loan from PBSci/MCD Biology. The new Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Building is said to contain her lab.

9/7/07 - Camilla send a list of items, see below in notes.
9/6/07 - ISEC forwarded a quote, see above. Camilla asked that new lab benches be seamless connected with backsplashes. I think she means joined together to not allow spills between the tables. Debie from ISEC to redo quote and send with E&I pricing scheme (discount via E&I co-op agreeement).

8/31/07 - forwarded questions & ISEC spec to Camilla. Scheduled meeting with ISEC (Debby Silva) and Camilla for Wed 9/5 at 10am.

144A (first main lab): ? the two benches/desks in middle: - glass in overhead shelves removed (woodshop) - sink cabinetry: add doors/panels (woodshop) - remove chains for compressed cylinders (woodshop)

Do you have a plan for adding the icemaker? I'm not sure we finalized that thought.

Can/should I order chairs with this order as well? Otherwise, can you recommend someone else?

Early Meeting Notes with Camilla

Need one hood only. Others can remain but be decommissioned.
Wall between 142A & 144A OK.
Remove cyl restraints in 144A.
Additional gas in 142A NOT needed.
Will install tissue culture hood in 144B. Will need plumbed vacuum. Camilla will find out details on hood.
Let Steve Ornellas know what shelving to remove in 144C.
Rm 144 will need 120V with backup for -20 freezer and 208V with backup for -80 freezer.
Determine whether O2-Low alarm will be needed for 144B because of CO2 tanks.
Rm 144B will need backup power.
Ask PB Sci or Phys Plant to ID gases in 144B.
Create WO for backup and 208 power.

Notes

The centrifuge shown in 144A will be floor mounted and not on a table.
The cell sorter machine will come with its own table, according to Camilla.
