New Projects

Silicon Valley Center Replacement - 3175 Bowers Ave

A 90,000 gsf 3 story building located at 3175 Bowers Ave is planned to replace the existing 2505 Augustine Drive Building.   UC Regents have approved purchase of the building after The Irvine Company (TIC) conducts renovations suitable for occupancy.   This effort is being undertaken as TIC has asked UCSC to end the existing lease early at 2505 Augustine so that they can demolish that building as part of the overall development of the Santa Clara Square
