This is a listing of available meeting space for Baskin School of Engineering Personnel and Affiliates.

BSOE Conference Rooms

BSOE conference rooms are reserved for academic and research meetings, DRC tests and other uses as deemed appropriate by BSOE Dean's office.    Non BSOE users should reserve conference rooms via the Dean's office via this Conference Room Reservation Request Webform.

BSOE faculty and staff can reserve non-CITRIS conference rooms by sending e-mail to instruct@rt.soe.ucsc.edu. Please be sure to include the following: date, beginning and end time, capacity and any specific room features needed (i.e. projector).  

Note that all CITRIS managed conference rooms are reserved via the CITRIS staff including E2-599 which is jointly operated by CITRIS, QB3 and BSOE.

Registrar Assigned Rooms

If you need a registrar assigned room for any reason, please email instruct@rt.soe.ucsc.edu.

Please be sure to include the following:

  • For Seminars: Course name and number, course schedule information (days and time), and any specific room features needed (i.e. projector).
  • For Discussion Sections: Any time the section absolutely CANNOT meet and any specific room features needed (i.e. projector).
  • For a one-time event (such as a midterm or final review session): Date, beginning and end time, name of event, capacity and any specific room features needed (i.e. projector). Please note, it is best to make these requests at least 4 days in advance- as your request must first go through our ticket system and then our request must go through the registrar's ticket system. During busy times tickets can take up to a couple of days to be read in both systems.
